Due to COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic and the restictions imposed prohibiting Foreigners from entering the State of Israel, the Population and Immigration Authority decided to implement an extension of validity for Visa expiring on March 12, 2020 until June 30, 2020 for the following categories:
- Working Visa (B1)
- Eligible under the right of return (A1)
- Students/Trainees/Interns (A2)
- Religious people (A3)
- Companion to A3; A2 (A4)
- Temporary Residents (A5)
Anyone holding these visas does not need to come to the Authority offices.
The above exemption is valid only until the stated date, June 30, 2020.
