On July 3rd, 2019 a visiting Tour of Hatzerim/Netafim was organized by Carina Baum, Founder & CEO of Building Bridges to which Brigadier General Kahema Juni Mziray, Defence Attache attended and which agenda was including a lookout from the bus on the Jojoba orchards and the Argan plantations, accompanied by professional explanations.

The theme was “From a lonely tree to a flourishing kibbutz”.

The tour started by a visit to the visitors' center, which includes a respectful gathering and a short film of the kibbutz and its branches followed by an interesting explanation about Netafim company in Hatzerim, which produced the world's first dripper and made a world revolution in the method of irrigation and fertilization for modern agriculture.

Building Bridges, in cooperation with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, organizes Executive Seminar for Entrepreneurs, Academics and Government Officials, providing innovative tools to build a successful business.
