Save A Child's Heart is glad to report that Kasile from the United Republic of Tanzania is recovering well at the Wolfson Medical Center following his lifesaving procedure.
As a child, Kasile contracted a rheumatic fever that developed into a heart condition.
Without family, and on the street, he was taken in by the Watoto Foundation Tanzania, which helps boys from backgrounds without homes.
Now, more than a year after Kasile was screened by former SACH-trainees in Tanzania, he was escorted by current fellows, Drs. Stella and Vivian to Israel.
