The Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania has been excited to receive Mr. Paul Matthysen, Mayor of Arusha & Director-Arusha City Council, Dr. Maulid Suleimani Madeni during their 4-day visit in Israel to participate to the MuniWorld 2020.

They held a cordial and highly interesting meeting with H.E. Job Daudi Masima and signed the Visitors' book.
They were delighted to visit the Mission and demonstrated a great enthusiasm in attending the MuniExpo 2020.

MUNI WORLD is an annual offline think tank, focused on brainstorming key challenges and threats facing Smart Cities. Mayors and senior officers from leading global cities get together to convene to reveal proven best practices and exchange expertise.

Government Ministers and Parliament members, also attend the event, as well as other government officials of various ranks holding portfolios in the above-mentioned areas, including economic attatches who work in collaboration with the local government.
