ITTS & HFN were honored to host Hon. Dr. Hamisi Kigwangalla, Tanzania Minister of Tourism & Natural Ressources on his first trip to Israel. He was accompanied by H.E. Mr Job Daudi Masima, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to the State of Israel.

They shared a fascinating conversation about the innovative travel Tech Space in Israel with ITTS Founder Mr. Itai Green, Israel's role in Impact investing with Ms. Janet Pahima from, HFN, and the leading work of SID - Israel and Israel Nature & Parks Authorirty (INPA) about a potential cooperation with Israel.

The firm was founded in 1972 by three prominent lawyers: Chaim Herzog, later to become Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, member of the Israeli Knesset and finally the sixth President of the State of Israel; Michael Fox, who established a successful London law firm before immigrating to Israel, known for his corporate work and his legal contributions to the development of the infrastructure, energy and natural resources of Israel; Dr. Ya'akov Ne'eman, author of numerous publications on tax law and respected tax advisor to the government and major local and foreign corporations, later serving as Israeli Minister of Finance and Minister of Justice. The firm joined Ius Laboris, the international law firm network, in 2012.

SID-Israel is the Israeli branch of the Society for International Development (SID), a global forum of individuals and organizations in the field of sustainable economic and social development. Founded in 1957, SID currently boasts over 3,000 members in 80 countries and 45 branches around the world. SID influences development related policy by virtue of its special consultative status in various international organizations, including: UNFPA, UNICEF, ILO, FAO, ECOSOC, UNEP and others.

SID-Israel is an umbrella organization with 66 member organizations, which works with the Israeli government and Israeli humanitarian actors. We aim to galvanize Israeli society to broad involvement in the field of international development and foreign aid through the creation of a platform for professional joint action and dialogue. The Israel Nature and Parks Authority (INPA) was established as two entities (which were unified in 1998), based on a law passed by the Knesset in 1963, for the purpose of fulfilling the goals of the National Parks Law, the Nature Reserves and Commemoration Sites Law and the Wildlife Protection Law.
